H3 World TV is a Canadian charitable organization (CRA Registration No. 81778 3665 RR0001) dedicated to producing and streaming video programming exclusively in International Sign (IS). Our mission is to connect global Deaf communities to each other and the world by providing accessible, high-quality programming in sign language.
Our activities are supported through limited funding from private sectors, foundations, and individual donors. At this time, we are the only media organization that produces and streams TV programming exclusively in International Sign on a regular basis.
All H3 World TV programs and news reports are presented in International Sign (IS). While International Sign is generally used at international conferences and at cultural or sporting events that accommodate Deaf people from different countries, H3 World TV still recognizes and supports the many different sign languages used around the world.

Pavel is an actor and entertainer born and based in Moscow, Russia. He has appeared as a Signer in International Sign at past FIFA events and Eurovision 2016, directed film shorts, and performed in theatrical productions in Germany.

An Australian, David spent over 30 years in USA as publisher of DEAF USA, organizing DEAF EXPO shows and coordinating productions before relocating to his permanent home in Toronto, Canada where he enjoys the multicultural city. I enjoy diversity, media productions and coordinating our team!

Hannah was owner of a painting company, taught Deaf children, was bookkeeper and supervised a cafeteria. She currently serves on boards and raising funds for community projects.
